Can items be returned?

Orders will be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of the goods being received, provided the product is unused, and in its original packaging. 

Who will cover the cost of returns?

Delivery costs for returning items will be covered by the customer. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.

My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please email photos of your damaged goods to our sales support team on info@ilm2amal.org. We will exchange the damaged goods at no extra cost.

Are any items not eligible for returns?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for: 

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

Can a purchase be cancelled?

If you change your mind, you can request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, for a full refund.

How quickly are items dispatched?

Orders will be ready for dispatch within 3-5 working days of the payment being received.

Why do delivery prices vary?

The delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of the goods purchased, and included automatically at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to most international countries. If you are having trouble with delivery to your country, please do get in touch with us at info@ilm2amal.org.

Which delivery services do you use? 

We send out small orders with Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class standard, and we use a courier service for larger orders.

I haven’t received my order – what should I do?

Drop us an email at info@ilm2amal.org with your order number and the name on the order, and we will look into it and get back to you within 24 hours.
