Agreement to Protect Intellectual Property

By continuing with the download of the resources as developed by Knowledge to Action Charity you are confirming agreement with the Terms of Service Agreement below.

KNOWLEDGE TO ACTION TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

1.0 Knowledge To Action shall retain ownership of all intellectual property rights vested in the resources provided by Knowledge To Action to The Customer. All such material shall remain the sole property of Knowledge To Action.

2.0 Knowledge To Action grants to The Customer a non-exclusive revocable licence to use the resources provided by Knowledge To Action to The Customer to such extent as is necessary to enable The Customer to use the Resources and exercise its rights under this agreement.

Duration and termination of this agreement

In the event that you are in breach of any of the terms of this agreement, Knowledge To Action will be entitled (without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to it under this agreement or otherwise) to terminate this agreement with immediate effect by notice of writing. Any delay by Knowledge To Action in exercising such rights of termination shall not constitute a waiver of them.

Miscellaneous

This agreement shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute arising from it.
